Influencing Patron Behaviour in Beer Stations

Brief: A prominent beer brand wanted to understand patron behaviour in beer stations to identify high impact locations for POS brand communication, optimising investments and maximising ROI.

Approach & Insights: through retail observations, accompanied beer station visits and eye tracking, we were able to comprehensively map the shopper journey: helping the brand understand shoppers' context, need-state and mind-states, understand their typical visual fields, and uncover moments wherein they opened up to information and decision-making.
